A Day To Explore...

Hi everyone, hope you all had a great weekend. I have been busy working on another new project and it looks like my desk has exploded with supplies everywhere (and I only cleaned it last week!) .

I have started the Mix It Up with Amy Tan workshop over at 2Ps and I LOVE IT!!! Seriously, it is the best $12 I have ever spent on a class - I am feeling so inspired. One of the projects she talks about is using various stamps - I won't say too much, if you want to know you'll have to have a look at the class - and it actually got me excited about stamping. I hardly ever touch my stamps (which is weird because I when I started with paper crafting it was pretty much exclusively stamping and card making) so it was a good to make them the focal point of a layout. Here is what I came up with:

All different stamps here including Amy Tan, Kelly Purkey, Studio Calico and Inkadinkado but by using the same ink and laying them out they all work together.

This photo is an Instagram of one of the cobble stone lane ways here in Brunswick. Speaking of Instagram, Paper Issues are having a giveaway of a set of instagram prints from Origami. If you are an Instragram addict like me you need to check it out.

Thanks for stopping by,
