NYC

I moved house last week and while I was moving I found a packet of B&W photos I took in NYC back in 2002 (they were taken with a camera that had... film!), I shared a layout I made with one last week here. I liked how it turned out so I decided to do the rest of them rather than let them disappear to the bottom of a box again.

Last week on Two Peas In A Bucket, Paige Taylor Evens shared a video of scrap your stash using 6x6 papers where she rolled the paper in to tubes and I quite liked the idea so I decided to give it a go.
Although this is a pretty simple looking layout it took a long time to roll all those paper rolls. Originally they were all 4 inches long but then I decided I wanted a more staggered look to match the skyline of the city.
I love the look of these alphas from CP The Pier Collection and think the bold, red font works really well with the B&W pic. My tiny attacher wasn't long enough to get all the way up the page where I wanted to place the title so I just went with my normal stapler.
Hope you all had a great weekend and found some time to get scrappy,
