Hope you all had a wonderful start to the New Year. Mine was very quiet, I stayed home and watched Hairspray on TV while drinking a nice red. I was in bed by 11.30pm and reading at the stroke of midnight but everyone else must have been having a quiet one too because there was no noise of parties, cheering or anything outside. (I am up at my parents in a small country town so not a lot happens anyway).
One thing I have been doing is scrapping like a mad woman, I have done 5 layouts in the last week, which is a lot for me. One I worked on was from a sketch the wonderful Shanna Noel shared on her blog. It was a while back but I really liked it and had put it in my little book of sketched for later.
I loved this photo of Harry I took a couple of weeks back, he is looking so serious. I decided to use a neutral palette to match his fur.
Two things I love right now are the Pink Paislee resistible chipboard arrows and these gorgeous Studio Calico Darling Dear mini wood veneer alphas.
I will be back to share some more tomorrow.
Thanks for stopping by,
Great page! Love the colors and all the little bits and pieces :-) Happy new year to you too!
ReplyDeleteLove the neutral colours and that is a lovely photo of Harry! I need to start printing out sketches I like as I always struggle to find them later. A sketch notebook or rinbinder sounds like a great idea.
