TGIF Challenges - Colour Challenge #TGIFC271

A second post from me today!

I just wanted to quickly share a card I made for this weeks TGIF Challenges Colour Challenge #TGIFC271

Here are the colours:

I decided to do a watercolour background for this challenge with an emboss resist finish. (There is a full list of items I have used at the bottom of this post). 

I used regular watercolour paper for this card and stamped Forever Fern in Versamark ink, then heat embossed using white embossing powder. Next I used water painters to paint the colour in, I really like these brushes because you can squeeze a little bit of water from them to move the colour around the page without having to complete wet the whole thing. 

To finish my card I used a sentiment from Lovely You set and the Lovely Labels pick up punch, I twisted some gold twine on the page and then secured it under the sentiment with foam tape. One I had that in place it still looked like it needed something so I added some sequins for a bit of bling.
